In 24 hours after you order manuals or schemas, we will send you an E-mail with a link to an internet page, where you will find the ordered products. They will be available for at least 7 days since the day of order. After that time the link may become inactive. If, for some reasons, you will not be able to download the instruction within this time, please contact us per e-mail. We will ensure an access to the link once more without any additional costs.
NOTICE! As for the moment we do not send the manuals in a paper form, as a Cd-Rom, or in any other forms. The only way to receive our product is to download it.
Payment:
We use PayPal.com and Dotpay.eu services for credit card processing which gives you the option of using any major credit card or your PayPal account. Your credit card information is only on the credit card processors site and the only information that is relayed back to us is the status of "payment received."
Returns:
We make every effort to ensure that there are no reasons for complains. However, in the case such a situation happens, please contact us per E-mail, giving also the reasons for a complain.
In the case of granting your claim, we will repay the costs of purchasing of the given manual .
NOTICE! Complains will not be granted if:- the manual does not correspond with your equipment. Unfortunately, sometimes producers change the products without informing about it in the instructions. Since this happens not at our fault, we cannot assume any liability. Nevertheless, if such a situation, considering schemas, takes place, please send us all the details about the integrated circuits of your equipment. We will make every effort to find the proper schema and to send it to you without any additional costs.
